Exchange size and/or return for a refund.

Exchange size is a service we provide in case the item does not fit well or as expected.
The delivery for exchanging size will be an additional charge same shipping rate as your order.

For any reason, if you are not well pleased with your purchase, you can return the item(s) and ask for a full refund. 
The request for a refund shall be made within 15 days from the date the item was delivered. The product you wish to return should be in the same condition as delivered, unused, and clean.  

Once the product(s) are received back to tenten online, it will verify that the item(s) are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount in cash or via Visa.

Shipping of returned products can range from 2-5 working days, depending on the carrier. 

• Refunds are processed the same day we receive your returned items for inspection. 
• Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
• tenten.online reserves the right to refuse used, worn, or damaged products. 
• Return deliveries will be charged to the client. 
• After proper inspection and confirmation of the merchandise’s excellent condition, the amount paid will be retransferred to you by cash or to your bank account within 3 working days after inspecting the returned item(s). 

Items bought at a discount cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged
